As my 40th birthday crept up, I felt unfit, heavy, and generally unhappy with the way things were going so I decided to start training again.
Fast forward four years and countless miles, and I have run Boston, notched a great performance at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships, and continue to waiver on the question of giving the full 140.6 a shot.
